Anglesey is famous for great events like TCR & Funcup. To us it will always be synonymous with the Race Of Remembrance.
Since 2014, on Remembrance Sunday a Mission Motorsport community has come together in a motorsport pit lane, to bow their heads and fall silent to the notes of the Last Post.
Veterans, racers, teams, officials, volunteers and families… Race of Remembrance is about community – the motorsport community marking remembrance in a unique, inclusive and uplifting way.
Race of Remembrance has been held perched on the cliffs above the Irish Sea at Anglesey since 2014. In pandemic hit 2020, a British GT pitlane stood, heads bowed in remembrance at Silverstone, and by online gamers and spectators across the world pausing to join a ‘drive in’ service at Thruxton.
