Learn from a British GT Champion - Calum Lockie
With experience covering 20 years and over 3000 days on track, Calum has raced in everything from vintage cars through single seaters, Caterhams, Radicals to the thundering 700 bhp Marcos Mantara in which he won the British GT Championship partnered with Cor Euser. He was BritCar Champion in 2003, 2006 & 2011 and in 2004 he competed at Le Mans in the first ever Diesel powered Sports Prototype LMP1 car. To date he has contested sixteen 24 Hour races including Le Mans, Daytona, Nürburgring, Zolder and Silverstone. In 2013 he will be contesting the British Endurance Championship in a Ferrari 458GTC. His extensive experience ensures you get the most from your coaching.

First Race Day Service
Going on your first racing weekend or test?
This is the answer. Calum will accompany you and show you the ropes. From driving tuition, advice on the different psychological state between qualifying and racing to making sure you do not miss that drivers briefing, physical preparation, car set - up and more. You will also receive a written Race Weekend Programme for future reference along with a critique on where you are now and what to work on next.
General Testing or Race Day Support.
Although Calum will not be able to sit in car with you, you can work on many valuable areas. Preparation - you and your car, a systematic record of what has been done and achieved for future reference, observation corner by corner with specific comparisons, braking points and lines, car set up and the often forgotten important support and encouragement. You will receive a critique on where you are now and what to work on next.
Track Days - whole day
For racers and track day goers alike Calum will sit in car with you and work on every aspect of technique and lines. In the time between sessions we will work on car set up if appropriate along with discussion on psychological preparation and approach. You will receive a critique on where you are now and what to work on next.
Video Vbox - State of the art in-car video & data
Calum uses Racelogic's Video Vbox in-car video system which combines a digital video recorder with two four bullet camera inputs, a real-time graphic overlay and a GPS data logger in a single, powerful package.

GPS enhanced video is fast becoming essential in analysing and improving the performance of both driver and vehicle. Video Vbox is widely regarded as one of the best in-car video and data systems available, with high video and graphics quality, flexibility, accuracy, ease of use, and reliability.
Whatever your level, Video Vbox not only produces exciting in-car video footage, but also allows you carry out in-depth driver and vehicle analysis, using Racelogic's powerful yet simple to use Circuit Tools software.
Video Vbox records the graphically enhanced video to an SD card which can then be played on all common media players and uploaded to YouTube without conversion. GPS data is synchronised with the video at source for easy analysis.
